Duruka

Fresh Duruka, often called Fiji asparagus, is the unopened flower of the Fiji fan palm. With a delicate, slightly sweet flavor, duruka is considered a delicacy in Fiji. Best steamed, stir-fried, or added to coconut-based dishes.
